Baraka Real Estate Development was founded in 2021 in Abu Dhabi as a strategic partnership between Bin Ham Properties and Caphy Properties. Together, the founding groups bring 45 years of heritage and 100+ real estate projects across the UAE, Morocco and Bosnia. Bin Ham is a construction and family-investment conglomerate with roots dating back to the era of Sheikh Zayed. Caphy is a full turnkey platform (financing, land acquisition, construction, delivery and management). It recently signed a JV with CREC in China.
