PRICING

One fee — and it covers everything.

The service isn't free for us to run, so it isn't free for you. The model is simple, market-standard, and stated up front.

On a completed sale
2%

A 2% commission on the completed sale price — the standard secondary-market rate in Dubai.

On a letting
1 month's rent

One month's rent on a completed letting — again, in line with the market.

That single fee covers the whole engine: professional photography, the listing and landing page, paid campaigns, premium portal placement, and any co-broker fees. Figures are in AED (conversions to USD, GBP, and EUR are available on request).

How is this different from property management? +

Property management is the day-to-day operation of a unit once it's let. This service is the step before that — getting the unit professionally listed, marketed, and in front of the right tenant or buyer in the first place. If you'd like ongoing management afterwards, talk to us and we'll arrange it.

What does it cost? +

We charge a 2% commission on a completed sale, or one month's rent on a letting — the standard market rates. That fee covers the photography, the listing and landing page, the paid campaigns, premium portal placement, and any co-broker fees. There's nothing extra to pay on top.

Do you guarantee a result? +

No — and we won't pretend to. The result depends on the area, the unit, and the price. What we commit to is the work: the professional listing and landing page, the portal placements, and the live paid campaigns. If the market isn't responding, we sit down with you and look at what to adjust.

Can I still use the unit myself sometimes? +

This service focuses on a long-term let or a sale, so the unit stays with the tenant or the new owner. If you'd rather keep it available for your own use now and then, short-term (holiday-home) letting is the better route — tell us your plans and we'll point you the right way.
