1. Essential cookies

Required for the basic functioning of the Site and cannot be switched off. They do not collect identifying information for advertising or analytics purposes.

palmera_cookie_consent — stores the cookie preferences you selected (valid for 12 months).
palmera_a11y — stores the accessibility settings you enabled (valid for 12 months).
palmera_ai_* — keeps the history of your current AI assistant conversation in your browser (session).

2. Analytics cookies

Help us understand how people use the Site, which content works, and where there are problems. The information is aggregated and anonymised. These are loaded only after you give consent.

_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4) — anonymous identifier, page statistics, and navigation flow. Retention: 2 years.
_gid (Google Analytics) — daily session identifier. Retention: 24 hours.
__cf_bm, _cfuvid (Cloudflare) — bot filtering and protection. Retention: session.

3. Marketing cookies

Used to show relevant ads if you have visited the Site, and to measure how effective campaigns are. These are loaded only after you give consent.

_fbp, fr (Meta Pixel) — identifies a visit for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Retention: 90 days.
_gcl_* (Google Ads) — conversion tracking from campaigns. Retention: 90 days.
NID, IDE (Google) — ad personalisation. Retention: 6 months to 2 years.

03How to manage your preferences

You are in full control. You can accept or decline each category, and change your choice at any time:

On the Site. Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page to reopen the consent panel and update your choices.
In your browser. You can delete existing cookies or block new ones through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
Blocking third-party tracking. For example, you can add the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.
