Emaar Expands Religious Infrastructure
Emaar Properties has inaugurated three new mosques across its master-planned communities in Dubai during the Holy Month of Ramadan. This development brings the total number of mosques within Emaar’s projects to 20.
Locations and Capacities
The newly opened mosques are situated in Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar South, and Arabian Ranches III. They include Al-Majid Mosque, Al Ghani Mosque, and Masjid Al Hadi, respectively. The mosques are integrated into their neighborhoods to ensure accessibility for residents and support both daily and congregational worship.
Al-Majid Mosque in Dubai Creek Harbour accommodates approximately 780 worshippers. Al Ghani Mosque in Emaar South serves around 364 worshippers, while Masjid Al Hadi in Arabian Ranches III accommodates nearly 200 worshippers. Combined, the three mosques provide capacity for more than 1,300 worshippers.
Community Integration
Emaar stated that the delivery of the mosques reflects its integrated master-planning approach, where places of worship form a core component of community infrastructure alongside schools, parks, retail, and civic amenities.
Their inauguration during Ramadan provides residents with dedicated spaces for Taraweeh prayers and communal gatherings during the Holy Month.
The developer emphasized that faith-based infrastructure remains central to its long-term vision of building sustainable and people-focused communities.
