The joint venture will develop a prime plot adjacent to the Dubai Autodrome. The masterplan includes six Grade A office buildings, a hospital, and an integrated retail mall, creating a self-sustaining business and lifestyle destination. The development aims to support productivity, wellbeing, and ease of movement, aligning with Dubai’s goals for connected and sustainable commercial communities.
